PositionOverview:

Asa Tax Accountant you will play a key role in supporting the firmsmodernisation efforts by delivering highquality tax services toclients and contributing to process improvements within the taxdepartment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepareand review tax returns for individuals partnerships corporationsand trusts ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws andregulations.
  • Providetax planning and advisory services to clients identifyingopportunities for tax savings and minimising taxliabilities.
  • Conductresearch on tax issues and developments and effectively communicatefindings to clients andcolleagues.
  • Developand maintain strong client relationships serving as a trustedadvisor on tax matters and providing proactive solutions to meettheirneeds.
  • Stayupdated on changes in tax legislation and regulations andcommunicate implications to clients andcolleagues.
  • Collaboratewith other members of the tax team and crossfunctional teams toimplement process improvements and enhanceefficiency.
  • Supportthe firms modernisation and transformation initiatives by embracingnew technologies tools and methodologies to streamline taxprocesses.


Requirements
  • studyingtowards your ATT / CTA is preferred but ACA/ACCA considered ifyoure working in a taxcapacity
  • solidunderstanding of tax principles regulations and compliancerequirements.
  • previous experience intax compliance and advisory within a public accounting firm or taxconsultancy.
  • excellent analyticalproblemsolving and communicationskills.
  • ability to manage multipletasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention todetail.
  • proficiency in tax softwareand Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • commitment to professionaldevelopment and staying current with tax laws and industrytrends.
