Care Home Manager (Elderly Residential)

Salary: £55,000

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our client's Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents and creating a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 5 or willing to work towards
  • Proven experience in a Home Manager role within elderly residential care and previously / currently registered with the CQC.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the care industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home environment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care
