As our new Warehouse Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse team and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Here’s what your day will look like:
- Admin Superstar: You’ll handle general admin duties efficiently and professionally to help deliver a world-class service to our clients and customers.
- Stock System Hero: Maintain our warehouse stock system by accurately inputting data and cross-checking information to ensure everything is 100% accurate.
- Document Whizz: Prepare and double-check all the necessary documentation related to the movement of goods, ensuring everything is in line with customer service expectations.
- Communication Pro: You’ll keep the warehouse team and customers in the loop by providing quick, friendly, and accurate responses to queries.
- File Organisation Expert: Keep things tidy You’ll maintain a structured filing system to ensure all documents are easy to find and up-to-date.
- Safety First: You’ll follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
We’re looking for someone with a knack for administration, and an eye for detail who thrives in a busy environment. If you’ve got the following experience and qualities, we’d love to hear from you:
- A solid understanding of basic administration principles (don’t worry, we’ll help you build on your skills too).
- Experience with warehouse systems and stock management is a bonus, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel for managing data.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the logistics or haulage industry, is ideal.
- A positive, can-do attitude, with a focus on customer service and supporting your team to success.
