Industrial Electrician

Job Description

We are looking for an electrician with industrial experience to join our team. This role is responsible for covering planned and unplanned absence of the Shift Engineering team which means moving from day working hours to cover 12 hour shifts. We operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year so cover will include weekends, nights and public holidays.

When not covering shifts you will work as part of the day team carrying out improvements, planned maintenance, repairs and checks. This role is a really varied role working in a number of different environments, safe working is essential as well as the ability to work to a high standard under pressure.

Qualifications

Electrical Apprenticeship HV Switching desirable (this is a requirement for the role so if not qualified you would need to attend the training) Ability to cover shift at short notice Ability to under take mechanical tasks FLT licence
