Under the direction of the Student Advice Centre Manager, the post holder will be the first point of contact for all visitors and voice contacts from students, members of the public and external agencies.  Assist in the provision of an effective reception, admissions, information, advice, guidance and enrollment service within the Student Advice Centre And providing an excellent service. 
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide an effective and comprehensive reception service 
  • To contribute to the smooth running of the Student Advice Centre 
  • To support the Student Services team in the provision of exceptional customer service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including English Language and Maths. 
  • Demonstrate competency in  Microsoft Office
