We are looking for a Property Administrator to support the Property Investment Team, who ensure that Saxon Weald provides safe, well-maintained and energy-efficient homes for our customers. You will provide both financial and general administrative support in delivering the planned investment programme, through the provision of well-coordinated, efficient and customer focussed service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the team’s shared inbox, responding to enquiries, and passing information to the relevant members of the team.
- Raising Purchase Orders on a financial system, including one-off payment requests, proactively monitoring spend, tracking variations, payments and works to be completed.
- Obtaining quotes from contractors and raising jobs on the MRI Housing system.
- Liaising with customers regarding bookings and ensuring that information about their jobs is communicated clearly.
- Keeping information up to date and ensuring documentation is filed correctly so there is an audit trail, and we are compliant

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be an effective communicator, with outstanding customer service skills
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong IT skills, particularly using Excel and finance software
- Be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Be able to use your initiative to respond to enquiries and take appropriate action
- Be able to have challenging conversations and deliver difficult messages
