The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group’s go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations. We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef, Monday to Friday based at ImechE (Westminster).

Key responsibilities
  • Invent and create menus that are in line with client and custmoer needs
  • Produce food in a timley fashion to ensue smooth service to the client
  • Enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are picture perfect every time
  • Assit in developing and producing new food concepts
  • Communicate with relevent parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen and staff
  • Assit with menu palnning, inventory and supply manangment
  • Keep stations clean and complies with food saftey standards
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Cover head chef when not avalible 
  • Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchens performace
  • Place orders and recieve invioces 
  • Keep up to date with daily due diligence
