If you can show this, we would love to speak to you. To work with our night team, you will hold a Care Certificate and have the confidence to perform your duties as part of a smaller team.

As a Care Assistant your day to day will never be the same, however as part of your role you may support customers to get washed and dressed (personal care) or help people with their food and dietary needs. You may be asked to help people take their medication and also help them out with tasks that promote their individual independence. Your priority will always just be to make people smile, to offer company, to hold a hand; to bring joy, care, respect, dignity and compassion.

As a night team member of staff, you will also help settle people for a restful night, perhaps by reading a book or playing a game. You be there for them in the hours of darkness; you will be awake and alert. During the night shift you may also be asked to complete tasks such as laundry, light cleaning and updating records.

Shifts available: minimum requirement to work 2 nights per week (19 hpw) or 4 nights per week (38 hpw).
