A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a qualityfine dining establishment Knowledge of front of house, restaurant,bar, and cellar operations Excellent communication and leadershipskills Strong customer service skills Ability to work in afast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Excellentattention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work aflexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge offood and beverage trends, and the ability to make recommendationsbased on customer preferences
