HOURS: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday. (1 hour lunch)

Job Purpose:

To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows/To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site

Key Accountabilities:

Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installersEnsuring all projects meet agreed technical standards Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows High standard of communication internally and externally

Key Experiences and Skills Required:

Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectorsKnowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislationProvide a high level of employment history in Site ManagementKnowledge of installation of windows and doors

Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
