Your new company 
A leading manufacturer in their field, our client based on the outskirts of Derbyshire is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to work in their busy, small, friendly office.

Your new role 
Your duties will include

Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner
Excellent Excel and Word skills for adhoc requirements
Good IT experience – will be entering pre-prepared invoices into our IT system, entering time work to obtain efficiency information to be reported to production dept
Confident to work on their own in a busy environment
Good experience of reconciliation and able to demonstrate attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of both purchase and sales order basics
Confident to work on their own in a busy environment

Whilst training will be given for the general tasks, they really need someone who is used to the busy office environment and who can pick up and run without the need for constant monitoring.
Attention to detail is a must.

What you'll need to succeed 
You will be an experienced office administrator and be competent at using Excel and Word.
You will have attention to detail and be able to work in a busy office. You will also have excellent communication skills.

What you'll get in return
 9am – 5pm, with 30 minutes' unpaid lunchOn-site parking 
There are 3 other people working in the General Office, a busy but friendly team.
£12 per hour plus holiday pay
