What will you do?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IDAM Consultant to join our Digital Identity team based on customer site in Salisbury. As an IDAM Consultant, you will have an SME-level of expertise in IDAM technologies and your ability to understand and address clients' unique requirements will be essential in delivering successful IAM projects.

Essential Job Functions & Attributes

Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their IAM needs, objectives, and business requirements. Design, architect, and implement IDAM solutions that align with clients' security and access management goals. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training to ensure proper solution understanding and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams deliver end-to-end IAM solutions. Support Sales and Solutioning teams for new business propositions and campaigns

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of IDAM, Access Management, and Directory Services. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Bash) for customizing and extending IDAM solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in IAM deployments Expert understanding of IAM lifecycle / methodology. Strong experience with design and implementation of Identity Provisioning solutions, specifically ForgeRock. Experience in architecting and implementing complex IAM solutions for large enterprises, including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and identity governance Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and DevOps practices is desirable. Familiarity with IAM products from additional vendors and their relative merits. Strong understanding of major database environments. Ability to prepare IAM documents and presentations in such a way that they are easily understood by the appropriate audience. Software development skills (Java/JavaScript, SQL, …) Fluency in English.
