Groom For Private Dressage Yard

Full Time Groom on a Private Dressage Yard near Windsor, Berkshire.

Looking for a full time groom to join our friendly team.Role includes all normal yard duties; feeding, mucking out, grooming, turning out/in, tacking up, cleaning tack, sweeping, also plaiting and clipping, ability to hack a bonus.

Candidate must be able to turn out to a high standard.

Must have good horse sense and common sense and candidates must be competent with handling fit competition horses.

Ability to lunge a bonus, this is not primarily a riding job, but we are looking for someone confident and capable to hack the horses regularly.

Must be self-motivated, hardworking, loyal and take pride in what you do and able to work as part of a team and alone and willing to take instruction when necessary as well as be able to manage time effectively.

Live-in or live-out.

Well behaved dog welcome but regrettably no own horse.

Accommodation

Currently sole use of shared accommodation (as our other grooms live out), in excellent condition. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Utilities all paid for. wifi and tv provided.
