Howden is a group of talented insurance experts who have the freedom to deliver for clients and the support to do what they do best. We are actively looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced and highly commercial FP&A team. The purpose of this newly created role is to provide commercial and analytical support to the business at an exciting phase of development and growth.

About you:

You will have a strong commercial acumen and previous experience working in a business partnering/analytics role, as you need to understand commercial drivers impacting performance and identify/share best practice across the Business

You will be confident when working with senior stakeholders, as you will be working closely with Operational Managers and business support functions across multiple locations.

You will have industry qualifications including CIMA/ACCA/ACA

You will work well an autonomous environment, managing your own workload and business priorities, as you will be preparing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc analysis and insights, both financial and non-financial

Provide financial modelling of business cases

You will understand processes and over-arching principle, as you will be supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the evolution of our Anaplan budgeting tool
