About the job

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our established central function and vibrant company in the role of Deputy Quality and Compliance Manager. The individual will work closely with the Head of Governance and the Quality and Compliance Manager in supporting IMS Business Group with ISO9001, ISO20000 and other quality matters.

The role is based in our London office and CACI adopt a flexible and hybrid working approach, with a general requirement of 2 to 3 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

Supporting the Quality and Compliance Manager with day-to-day adherence to standards. Assisting with conducting internal audits, workshops, and various quality related meetings.  Maintaining the divisions central quality and service management documentations including regular reviews and updates to policy and procedures and guidelines documents. Maintaining the QMS/SMS risk and action logs.  Responsibility to liaise with external and internal auditors, reviewing and issuing of audits reports, maintaining audit findings logs and proactively follow up of open findings. Organising and contributing to the Quality and Compliance forum. Coordinating the annual modern slavery survey and annual customer satisfaction survey. Continually raising awareness and understanding of quality matters within the organisation, liaising with Business Groups; quality leads over quality and compliance matters. Leading the quality management review discussions with senior management. Deputise for Quality and Compliance Manager on quality matters. 

Core skills, knowledge, experience required

Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail. Proven experience of ISO9001 Quality Management and understanding of ISO20000 Service Management and ISO27001 Security Management Systems certification. Ability to work at all levels sometimes dealing with confidential and sensitive business information. Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with experience of managing internal stakeholders and potentially ultimately external stakeholders. Ability to accurately feedback audit findings to executive board members. Can-do attitude with a methodical and diligent approach showing great organisation and planning skills.

Desirable skills and experience

Project Management experience, understanding of project lifecycle and project management frameworks, understanding of service management and service management frameworks, internal/external audit experience, experience in delivering presentations; good report writing skills.
