As we rapidly expandaround the globe particularly with local Chinese families ourChinese marketing HQ team is also experiencing significant growth.We are seeking a proactive and talentedGlobal Chinese Marketing and BDAssistant with a specific focus on the Chinesemarket to join our team. In this role you will be a pivotal part ofenhancing our global Chinese marketing initiatives supporting localmarketing teams and driving growth in the Chinese market on aglobal scale.

This is a fulltimeremote working position requiring highlevelproficiency in both Chinese and English reading andwriting.

What successlooks like

  • DevelopingChinese marketing assets such as websites marketing brochuresvideos and sales templates. This work involves working with HQEnglish marketing team to translate existing English assets toChinese auditing and updating existing Chinese contents from localarea Chinese marketing teams and copywriting/creation of newChinese contents.
  • Building a systematic globalChinese content library with assets that can be accessed andlocalized by local area marketers.
  • SupportingChinese partnership building efforts by researching and findingcontact information of potential business partners and mediachannels in different countries.
  • Organizing andsupporting the endtoend planning and executions of webinars andother related events on the global level and in localmarkets.
  • Managing Crimsons presence on Chinesemarketing platforms such as WeChat andLittle RedBook.
  • Actively engaging and workingcollaboratively with Crimsons country managers and local areaChinese marketing managers helping them polish campaigns that speakto their specific customerneeds.

Whatskills and experience arerequired

  • Bachelorsdegree or higher in marketing communications or a relatedfield.
  • 2 years of experience of Chinese contentwriting and Chinese social media management experience in creatingcontent for WeChat public account and Little Red Book is stronglypreferred.
  • Basic command of video editingsoftware such as CapCut is required.
  • Experiencewith Canva and a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is a strongplus.
  • Creative thinking and project managementskills You love exploring new ideas and can see a project throughfrom start to finish on time.
  • A team player andindependent worker who does not requirehandholding.
  • Impeccable communications andstorytelling skills.
  • Excellent organizationskills and high learning agility and growth mindset comfort in afastpaced highgrowth and creativeenvironment.
