SeniorTalent AcquisitionPartner

You willberesponsible for leading recruitment efforts for both onshore andoffshore roles. Supporting local hiring managers by deliveringstrategic talent acquisition solutions attracting and selection ofhighquality candidates. The position involves working on specificprojects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines aimingto enhance the overall recruitment process and meet the companysstaffing needs efficiently.

Youllbuildrelationships with stakeholdersensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates andcontributing to the strategic growth of the company by hiring thebest talent available. You will play a crucial role in mentoringjunior members of the talent team and implementing best practicesin recruitment to ensure the business hires the best possiblepeople at the right time

This role mayrequire occasional travel and support with hiring contract andpermanent offshore crew during peak recruitment periods.

  • 30days: Familiarise with the companys recruitmentprocesses key stakeholders and ongoing recruitment needs startingto ownroles
  • 60days: Start leading recruitment projects engage withhiring managers candidates and begin to streamline recruitmentprocesses.
  • 90days and beyond: Fully manage the recruitmentlifecycle for both onshore and offshore roles introduce processimprovements achieve set hiring targets and lead on keyprojects.

  • Provenexperience in talent acquisition specifically in recruiting foronshore and offshore roles ideally in Subsea or Surveyservices

  • Ability to buildrelationships with hiring managers andcandidates.
