Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Salary: 30k basic + 20% commission

Location: Norwich

Our client is a whole of market finance company with over 20 years of experience, working with commercial, development finance and bridging loans as well as standard residential and BTL mortgages. They are looking for another mortgage advisor to join their small team of advisers.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor;

  • Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their in-house software.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
  • Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
  • Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
  • Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to Become a Mortgage Advisor here;

  • Must hold full CeMAP qualification.
  • At least 1 years' experience in mortgage and protection advice (whole of market)
  • Experience working with commercial/bridging or development finance is preferred
  • Based in Norwich
