Location: Crewe
Salary: £12.44 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week (rolling rota, alternate weekends, days only)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Due to continued growth, Select Support Partnerships is expanding and looking to hire passionate and experienced Support Workers in the Crewe area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading independent provider of health and social care services in the UK.

Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be providing essential care and support to adults with learning disabilities and other complex healthcare needs. This role is based in a Community/Supported Living setting, where you will support individuals to live as independently as possible, offering the right level of care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in supported living settings.
- Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviours.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including report and incident writing.
- Assisting with personal care when required.
- Promoting dignity, respect, and privacy for the individuals you support.
- Collaborating with families, professionals, and the individuals themselves to ensure the best care is provided.
- Encouraging independence, life skills development, and building confidence in a safe environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible and reliable, able to work varied hours including weekends.
- Experience in care, particularly supporting individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with individuals, families, and professionals alike.
