Based inBarnet on great transport links we at The Hyde are looking for anexperienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team and workalongside the manager in the day to day running of our lovelyNursery. Working 38 hrs a week salary is c 33k plus fantasticbenefits.


TheHyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group and is based in HighBarnet in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registeredfor 88 children our lovely setting is minutes away from lovelygreen spaces which the Nursery takes full advantage of whatever theweather together with having access through the nursery to freeflow in to their lovely outdoorgardens.

Requirements
AsHead of Room youwill:

Providestimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resourcesto children that are appropriate to their age and stage ofdevelopment
Enhance the allarounddaily needs of children including their physical intellectualsocial and emotionaldevelopment
Promote respect andcredibility for this position by leading as a role model withimpartiality andconsistency
Assist with embeddingan effective key person approach to enable children to form secureattachments and identify training or development needs forstaff.
Ensure the safety andwellbeing of every child staff parent and visitoralways
Understand and ensure thatthe requirements of Ofsted and the EYFS aremet
Qualified in Early Years witha minimum of 3 years working in a Nursery Setting and at least 1years experience in a leadershiprole.

As Head of Roomyou will: Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences,environments and resources to children that are appropriate totheir age and stage of development Enhance the all-around dailyneeds of children, including their physical, intellectual, socialand emotional development Promote respect and credibility for thisposition by leading as a role model with impartiality andconsistency Assist with embedding an effective key person approachto enable children to form secure attachments and identify trainingor development needs for staff.
