• Working alongside the head chef - Learning different Techniques & Butchery Skills• Using local produce you will cook everything from scratch
• Encouraged to make suggestions for new creations
• Also new suggestion's for the menu

• Must be reliable• A good communicator
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must have a genuine passion for food
• Must be presentable
