Yourmission: The Polish Business Development Manager would play a keyrole in expanding the business on the B2B and B2C landscape acrossthe Polish and International market while building relationshipswith new and existingaccounts.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sellingand advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitmentagencies andFreelancers

  • Supportin setting sales strategies to drive new customeracquisition

  • Developinga portfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales NavigatorNetworking etc) andfollowup

  • Managingthe whole sales cycle from initial prospect to finalising andclosing thedeal

  • Analysingand understanding the need in order to propose appropriatesolutions

  • Negotiatingcontracts withclients

  • Buildingand managing portfolios of clients across the appointedregions

  • Liaiseand partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment ofserviceprovided

  • Participatein online and offlineevents

  • Ensuringthe quality of the clients and consultants experience and theoutreach of Hightekers in the Polishmarket


Profile:

  • Fluencyin English and Polish written and spoken isessential

  • Previousexperience working in the Polish Market in a Sales/BusinessDevelopment in a similar industry (or umbrella EOR recruitmentagency) is a must for therole

  • Proficientuser of CRM system and LinkedIn SalesNavigator

  • Wellspokenwith the ability to build relationships with internal and externalstakeholders

  • Astrong cando attitude and sales driven with the ability to managetime and differentprojects

  • Problemsolvingskills

  • Previousleadership experience or eagerness to progress into a managementrole would be ideal for therole

  • Conflictmanagement and resolutionskills

  • Strongnegotiation skills and team workingspirit
