Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in Key Stage 2? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team of supply TAs, providing invaluable support to schools across Bradford

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Support small groups and individual students with their learning, helping to reinforce key concepts and skills.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with the preparation of lesson materials and classroom resources.
  • Support students with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Participate in school activities, such as trips, assemblies, and extra-curricular events.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on students' progress and any areas of concern.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 setting.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different school environments.
  • A positive and proactive approach to supporting students' learning and development.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
