Responsibilities
  • Planprepare and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to thespecific needs of students.
  • Use a variety ofteaching methods and resources to create a positive and stimulatinglearning environment.
  • Assess student progressand provide constructive feedback to help them improve theirEnglish skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues todevelop and implement curriculum plans and schemes ofwork.
  • Create and maintain a positive andsupportive classroom atmosphere that encourages studentparticipation and confidence.
  • Monitor andmanage student behaviour and maintain discipline in accordance withschool policies.
  • Keep accurate records ofstudent attendance achievement andprogress.
Requirements
  • Abachelors degree in English Language Literature or a relatedfield.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) orequivalent certification.
  • Proven experienceteaching English in a primary or secondary schoolsetting.
  • Strong understanding of the nationalcurriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connectwith students and parents/guardians.
  • Passionfor education and the ability to inspire and motivatestudents.
  • Organized and efficient with theability to plan and prioritize workeffectively.
  • Ability to work collaborativelywith colleagues and contribute to the wider schoolcommunity.
