Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Search)

Treatwell is on a mission to revolutionise the beauty industry, and we're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Search) to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in driving user acquisition and brand awareness through strategic paid search, display, app campaigns, and impactful affiliate partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Become a paid search pro: Analyse and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) across B2C and B2B segments. Leverage advanced bidding strategies like Performance Max and Demand Gen to maximise campaign return on investment (ROI).
  • Craft compelling creative assets: Regularly analyse creative performance for Performance Max, Demand Gen and app campaigns. Translate learnings into actionable insights to inform future creative briefs and collaborate with the design team on developing fresh content.
  • Navigate the affiliate marketing landscape: Research and onboard new affiliate partners, manage communication, and approve affiliate transactions. Develop strategic partnerships to expand reach and brand awareness.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data across search, apps, and affiliates. Generate insightful reports and translate learnings into actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry: Actively participate in industry events and webinars to remain current on the latest trends in paid search and affiliate marketing. Share your knowledge with the team to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Embrace collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of paid search and affiliate initiatives. Support project management of MarTech initiatives.
  • Collaborate on performance marketing projects beyond paid search whenever needed, such as new AI projects or affiliate marketing.

About you:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience crafting and optimising paid search and app campaigns, especially with advanced bidding strategies.
  • Love data (almost) as much as performance marketing, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Be passionate about Paid Search with a keen eye for creative trends.
  • Have a desire to continually learn
  • Be a collaborative and results-oriented team player with a strong work ethic.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience in display or affiliate marketing, but not a deal-breaker by any means 
  • NOTE: This is a Hybrid role, with the expectation to work from our London office at least 2 times per week (Office location: Treatwell, Fairfax House, Fulwood Place, London, UK)
