We're looking for a BIM Manager to join our Source Design Team working within out Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks business unit working. Working hybrid from home and the maple cross office, Hertfordshire.

 

Location: Working from home and the Maple Cross office, Hertfordshire

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

 

Responsibilities

As BIM Manager you'll be working within the Source Design team within a business unit that concentrates on utility, civils and capital project type work. Leading a small team you'll be expected to complete design commissions and oversee the completion of Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects. 

 

Your day to day will include:

 

  • Delivering BIM commissions, you'll be acting as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective
  • Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
  • Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances
  • Producing monthly reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
  • Driving the implementation of digital information plans and strategies
  • Leading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues whilst raising the profile of BIM within across departments and teams

 

What are we looking for?


This role of BIM Manager is great for you if you have:

  • Degree, ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification is architectural technology or similar
  • Proven experience in CAD work with AutoCAD experience
