We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Edinburgh .

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hardand are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Head Chefwho is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help inthe different sections of the kitchen.

Salary offer of up to  £45,000  includes earnings received through tronc.

We are named after Vietnams famous noodle soup- PHỞ . Arich bowl of broth, rice noodle and plenty of meat (or veggies) But we also havemore amazing things to offer in our menu…

What Pho is looking for:

With fresh food, comes a lot of foodpreparation. You will Minimum x2 years’ experience working as a HeadChef Experience managing a team of junior chefs. InPho we have wok chefs, lines chefs and a sous chefs to support you. Strong knowledge in food safety and managingcompliance with health and safety regulations Experience controlling stock and ordering asneeded Comfortable using different systems as part ofyour day-to-day.
