Social, Search and Channel Enablement - Technical Services Lead

The Social, Search and Channel Enablement Technical Services Lead is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure, platforms, and operations that underpin the social media, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and channel enablement services delivered by the Social, Search and Channel Enablement team. This role ensures the availability, reliability, and performance of the technologies required to enable efficient delivery of these digital marketing services. The Technical Services Lead works closely with the Social, Search and Channel Enablement Services Lead, Service Owners, and Delivery Leads to understand service requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions. They play a critical role in Pfizer's pursuit of breakthroughs by providing robust technical capabilities that support effective digital marketing strategies for driving patient engagement and commercial success.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the technical architecture, platforms, and tools required for delivering social media, paid media, search, SEO, and channel enablement services. Partner with the Social, Search and Channel Enablement Services Lead, Service Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to understand service requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions. Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the platforms and tools used for these digital marketing services. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements or upgrades as needed. Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, ensuring seamless integration and support for the technical components involved in service delivery. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends related to social media, paid media, search, SEO, and channel enablement, assessing their potential impact on services and solutions. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders involved in the delivery of these digital marketing services. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security protocols, and industry best practices. Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with the goals of the Social, Search and Channel Enablement team. Partner with Service Owners to operationalize new services and solutions into the global delivery model.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Proven experience in managing and maintaining technologies related to social media, paid media, search, SEO, and channel enablement for digital marketing initiatives. Strong technical expertise in web development, mobile platforms, advertising platforms, analytics, and related technologies. Proficient in system analysis, design, integration, and maintenance of applications and related processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with project planning, management, and organization. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and industry best practices related to digital marketing technologies. Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the digital marketing landscape. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

 
Work Location Assignment: Walton Oaks (Tadworth, Surrey) with flexibility or Thessaloniki (Greece)
