Job summary

We are looking for a qualified dispenser to join our friendly hard working team. This is a busy medical centre pharmacy, offering a varied and fast paced work place with a great team and lots of opportunities to get involved in new services.

Main duties of the job

Our pharmacy dispensers support our provision of a range of services to the local area, working in a fast paced environment. Services include:

weekly dosette boxes; flu/ covid-19 vaccination clinics; hypertension monitoring; Pharmacy first; CPCS; supervised consumption; New contraception service.

We also have a number of external contracts with local hospital and hospices to provide an interesting and varied community pharmacy workplace.

The Priory Pharmacy is an independent busy medical centre pharmacy, part of a small family run group in Yorkshire.

The team are friendly and dynamic and we welcome individuals with a great attitude to service and patient centric mindset.

Job description

Job responsibilities

Full and part time hours will be considered but you must be able to work a regular Sunday as part of your contracted hours to support our 7 day per week contract. Must have experience in dispensing minimum NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services. A team player with good communication skills and a "can do" attitude.
