JobDescription:
Asa BIM Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in our projectmanagement team. You will be responsible for managing andcoordinating all BIMrelated activities ensuring the integration ofBIM technology with our construction processes to enhance bothefficiency andaccuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseethe implementation of BIM technology across multiple projectsensuring consistency and compatibility with project standards andperformanceexpectations.
  • Providetechnical support using BIM software (Revit AutoCAD Navisworks) toproject teams ensuring optimal use oftechnology.
  • Facilitatecollaboration between project teams and departments to enhancecommunication and project delivery through BIMtools.
  • Conductmodel coordination and clash detection meetings resolving issues asthey arise to maintain project timelines andefficiency.
  • PrepareBIM models for use in BIMenabled fieldactivities.
  • Stayupdated with the latest trends in BIM technologies and apply themwithin the company to drive continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:

  • Experienceas a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the constructionindustry.
  • Strongtechnical proficiency in BIM software including Revit AutoCAD andNavisworks.
  • Excellentorganizational communication and project managementskills.
  • Abilityto lead and collaborate effectively in a teamorientedenvironment.
