The Role

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the escape room team upholds its high standard of cleanliness, overseeing maintenance, and managing marketing resources with regular checks and reorders. Part of your daily routine will involve driving team performance, analysing sales figures for accurate forecasting, and ensuring games are running smoothly.

You will be organised, with strong attention to detail, you will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills You Need

Previous customer service experience

Previous team lead experience

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Proven ability to think on your feet and address challenges proactively.

Flexible availability to meet operational needs.
