Job Opportunity

Securitas are recruiting Mobile Patrol Security Officers, who will be operating out of our Chelmsford Office.

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will be working within Chelsmford and the surrounding areas where you will be visiting our clients' sites to complete various tasks (locks, unlocks, patrols or alarm response).

You will report directly to the Mobile Team Leader during your shift.

What the role entails?

  • Versatile Mobile Patrols: conducting patrols, locks, unlocks, and alarm responses at our clients' sites.
  • Provide essential support services, including patrols, alarm responses, escort duties, and any other tasks required during your shift.
  • Accurate Reporting: Compile detailed incident and alarm activation reports, ensuring accuracy and legibility to meet company standards.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Safeguard the security of company vehicles and maintain them to the required standards, ensuring reliability and safety.
  • Professional Image: Reflect the professionalism and integrity of our company at all times, maintaining a positive company image.

Essential Skills

What we require?

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid SIA licence
  • Provide a 5-year checkable history
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Ability to read and write English along with ability to Speak English Clearly
  • Be able to use simple technology systems E.G. (Phone/tablet)
