The role

Under direction, you will provide high quality consultancy support to the DC Consulting team and its clients/trustees. Role will involve client work, people and work management and development. Assist senior colleagues with scheme transitions, employee communications, preparation of value for money assessments and draft Chair statements. Participate in general pensions consultancy, undertake research on topical issues and legislative change and present on these matters and contribute to business development when required.

The person

The successful candidate will need to have knowledge of Defined Contributions schemes and perhaps already be in an Assistant Consultant position.

Possess Strong IT skills. Keen to study for PMI or FCA approved advisor qualifications (e.g,CII or equivalent) unless you are already part way through. Have high degree of professional integrity and have excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work as part of a multi- disciplinary team, as our consulting team work closely with both our actuarial, investment, administration, and support teams. Client focussed.
