Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Display
  exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and
  professionalism to ensure the best possible Guest
  experience
  
• Display strong menu knowledge and
  suggestive selling to improve the Guest experience at all times
  
• Responsible for all cash and
  payment transactions
  
• Supporting the management team in
  ensuring the restaurant is fully set for service in line with all
  checklists, cleaning schedules, audit standards and brand standards
  
• Ensure all menu items delivered
  to the Guest meet the company standard
  
• Effective and professional
  handling of any guest complaint, informing the manager immediately
  
• Ensure
  that you comply with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety
  and Food Hygiene and Licensing laws.
  
  
• Can fully explain and demonstrate the allergen procedures
  
• Work at a good pace
  
• Informing the management of any
  stock or equipment issues
  
• Attend and contribute to team
  meetings and training sessions
  
• Know and exceed sales targets
