Job Details

  • Ensuring that service targets, SLA's and KPI's are achieved, continually reviewed and expectations are met with optimum levels of quality and service delivery
  • Providing leadership, development and coaching of colleagues, actively engaging and supporting the development of all team members to ensure better performance and succession planning
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of systems and process change projects which impact the department, and identifying and instilling best practice - driving a continuous improvement environment
  • Carrying out regular 121's, developing a culture where training and development is part of the team, identifying actions and working with the leadership team to ensure skills and knowledge are developed effectively
  • Ensuring effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encouraging feedback and customer insight in order to enhance customer experience
  • Embedding a performance culture within your team and reviewing processes to achieve service levels and improvements against set targets



Skills we would love you to have

  • Experienced team leader that is able to develop and nurture colleagues, having a background in improving performance and service - contact centre background is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with great stakeholder interactions across a wide variety of teams
