Job Description
Position - Lifting Supervisor
Location - Singapore

Responsibilities:
. Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations within the manufacturing facility
. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
. Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment and ensure proper maintenance
. Train and mentor lifting team members
. Develop and implement lifting plans and procedures
. Communicate with other departments to coordinate lifting activities
. Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Certification in lifting operations is preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

Requirements
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
