Hygiene Supervisor

SDUK's brands include the Nation’s favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products.
As a Hygiene Supervisor you will have 8 Hygiene Technician reports and will be responsible for managing and developing site hygiene systems and processes in line with the Manufacturing Performance System (MPS) goals and objectives to maintain our food safety standards across both our prepack 1 and prepack 2 facility, totaling 15 packing lines.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
Maintaining the hygiene management systems in line with Group standards and relevant retailer requirements. Conducting verification activities including environmental swabbing, hygiene audits and internal audits. Leading investigations of out of specification hygiene results and site concessions. Managing the pest control contracts and follow up with any necessary actions. Deputising for the Technical Manager and covering for the Quality Assurance Supervisors when required.YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
Experienced in a hygiene role in a food manufacturing environment, or similar environment - essential. Experienced in managing a team - essential.
