£13.50 per hour + Commission 

The Role… 

We are seeking an Apprentice Spa Therapist to join our East London team at Shoreditch House (E1 6AW). As an Apprentice Spa Therapist, you will be delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner for our members and guests. You’ll maintain equipment and sample inventory of products as well as acknowledging and responding to relevant member queries, needs and expectations.

Providing personalised spa treatments and therapies to club membersConducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferencesPerforming various spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubsMaintaining a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitised and stockedGoing above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experienceMaintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendationsEducating clients about the benefits of different spa treatments and therapiesAdhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining proper sanitation practicesAssisting with spa reception duties, including greeting and checking in clients, scheduling appointments, and handling paymentsAttend weekly sessions at the London College of Beauty Therapy to continuously enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours during your apprenticeship
