We have an excellent temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work for our client based in the Maidstone area.

This is an extremely busy role that will require you to liaise with a wide range of people and co-ordinate visits and activities for team members with various external parties. You will be required to monitor various inboxes, add information to the CRM dashboard and add referrals to the system. You will be assessing the referrals in order of risk from the information given.

You will be required to provide feedback as well as information to various external agencies and will liaise extensively with public sector organisations as well as members of the public

There will be routine Administrative duties such as sending letters, arranging meetings and data input.

You must have experience of using a CRM/Dynamics system and have a working knowledge of the principles of data protection. Excellent communication both written and verbal are essential. You must have a solid working history in a role that required you to deal with a wide variety of people both over e-mail and on the phone.

The hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (fully on site) and this is on a 6 months temporary basis.

This role pays £13.71ph

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
