Key Skills

Driver preferred

To have completed or working towards level two in NVQ or QCF to be registered on the social care register or be willing to register on the social care wales.

To work on  shift and work as part of the team

To support resident with their day to day living

To take them out in the community ,to take them on holidays and trips out

To work on a rota to include days evening and sleep in

To complete the relevant paper work ,

To work within the company policies and procedures

To complete all mandatory training /class room and E. Learning

To be a positive role model towards the people we support

To complete all the mandatory and relevant training

To administered medication ,one you have received the appropriate training to complete audits.

What we do

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are Specialist Mental Health Services and established, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are carefully located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational and social activities.

We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our Support Workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
