**JobDescription:**

Asa Toilet Attendant you will be responsible for maintainingcleanliness and hygiene standards in the restroom facilities of ourestablishment. You will ensure that the restrooms are wellstockedwith supplies provide assistance to customers/visitors as neededand uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the restroomarea.

**Responsibilities:**

Clean and sanitise restroom facilities regularly throughout theday
Monitor and restock suppliessuch as toilet paper hand soap and papertowels
Ensure that all restroomfixtures and equipment are in workingorder
Provide assistance andcustomer service to restroom users such as directing them toavailable facilities or addressing any concerns they mayhave
Maintain a tidy andorganized restroom area including trash removal and floorcleaning
Uphold cleanliness andhygiene standards in accordance with health and safetyregulations
Report anymaintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriatesupervisor
Maintain a friendlyand professional demeanor when interacting withcustomers/visitors

**Requirements:**

Previous experience in janitorial services customer service or asimilar role preferred
Knowledgeof cleaning techniques and sanitationpractices
Strong attention todetail and the ability to maintain high standards ofcleanliness
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
Ability to workindependently and efficiently
Physical stamina and the ability to stand and move for extendedperiods
Reliable and punctualattendance

**PreferredQualifications:**

Certification in sanitation or customer servicetraining
Experience working in acustomerfacing role
Knowledge ofhealth and safety regulations related to restroomfacilities
