We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Ward Housekeeper to join our busy Ophthalmology team at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
The West of England Eye Unit (WEEU) at the Royal Devon and Exeter has an outstanding reputation as an innovative and forward-thinking team.
WEEU operates an outpatient area, day-case ward, 2 ophthalmic theatres and a recovery area for which the successful candidate will be responsible.
The post involves working across the whole of the West of England Eye Unit offering support to staff and patients alike.
The post holder should be an enthusiastic and committed professional with the passion and drive to provide the highest standards of welcome, cleanliness and support to all members of staff and patients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is dynamic, friendly and who strives to provide an excellent standard of work.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3/ | NHS Employers).
