We are looking to recruit an Assistant 3D CAD Technician to join our team and work with our Sales and Marketing colleagues to create inspiring 3D visualisations for properties and property developments.

Working with the team you’ll use your skills to create photorealistic rendered CGIs, to enable home buyers to get a great sense of their new home, enhancing their journey with us.

There will also be opportunities to support the wider team, again using your skills and experience to support projects and ongoing workflows.

About you

You will be experienced in using Blender or 3DS Max 3d software.  You’ll also have experience creating photorealistic rendered CGIs.

 

Ideally you will have a CAD qualification or demonstrable experience using this skillset.  You’ll be able to use AutoCAD, Vray or Cycles render engines and the Adobe suite of programs.

You’ll enjoy using your creative skills and will grow great relationships with colleagues to understand their needs and deliver quality marketing material.  You’ll appreciate how strong marketing achieves great results.

You’ll be able to base yourself from home.  There will be a requirement to be in or within a reasonable distance of our operating regions to be best placed for the role as travel will be required from time to time.

Our operating regions include Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.  With our development schemes extending beyond these regions.
