Employment Solicitor NQ+/Exp Paralegal
Location: Tamworth, England
Salary: (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary:
Our esteemed client, a full service law firm based in Tamworth, is seeking an experienced and skilled Employment Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to provide guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, strategic management and organisational development, redundancies, employment tribunals, and employee transfer.

Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
* Promote the firm to existing and new clients through proactive marketing and business development initiatives
* Respond to basic commercial and charitable enquiries
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
* Solicitors with experience in Employment Law years' post-qualification experience in Employment Law or a newly qualified solicitor with relevant experience in Employment Law during their training contract or experienced paralegal in Employment Law
* Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a legal office
* Proficiency in case management software
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
