Responsibilities

As an early career EO and GIS Analyst, you’ll analyse data for environmental monitoring, create GIS maps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EO and GIS data into decision-making processes. You’ll contribute to innovative solutions and stay updated on EO and GIS advancements, shaping a sustainable future through technology.

We would like you to have some of the following:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, or related field.Familiarity with remote sensing principles and techniques.Proficiency in GIS software such as QGIS, or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

The Offer

We offer flexible, remote working with hot desking at Environment Systems in Aberystwyth, Edinburgh and Harwell. Our preference is for someone working full time, but other scenarios will be considered.
