The role

The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You’ll communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers whilst performing other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your manager.

This position suits a highly motivated, enthusiastic person, who can work in a fast-paced electrical environment, to make decisions and complete tasks using their skills and knowledge.

The right fit

You’ll be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery): Joinery Plumbing Plastering Tiling Roofing Glazing You’ll have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent You’ll have a full UK driving licence You’ll possess fantastic teamwork ability and communication skills You’ll have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements Experience of working within a Housing Association environment and managing repairs would be desirable
