LGV Technician

Salary: £18.00ph - £19.50ph, additional £0.50ph if you hold an HGV driving licence plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Stephenson Rd, Clacton-on-Sea, CO15 4TL

What you'll be doing;

• Repair and maintenance on Veolia fleet and 3rd party vehicles and plant in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards
  
• Run diagnostics on vehicles using a range of equipment
  
• Hydraulic, electrics, pneumatics diagnostics and repairs
  
• Other General work as required by the Workshop Management Team
  
• Work within Health & Safety regulations and be responsible for your safety and those around you
  
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and time sheets are completed accurately
  
• Carry out HGV MOT inspections and preparations
  
• Roadside repairs when necessary
  

What we're looking for;

• City & Guilds Level 3 vehicle qualification in HGV mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering qualification is desirable
  
• Experience working on HGV vehicles
  
• HGV licence is desirable
