Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to join one of our client schools on a full-time basis, starting in September 2024. This position is offered through Teaching Personnel, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students.

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: September 2024

Salary: In line with Teacher Pay Scale- M1- UPS3.

Employment Type: Agency Placement

Location: Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and interests.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate extracurricular sports activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Specialisation in Physical Education or related field.
  • Previous experience teaching PE at the secondary level is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in education.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
