Thepractice has a strong reputation for supporting clients acrossvarious sectors including financial services technologyconstruction and notforprofitorganizations.

Weare seeking an experienced Audit Director with RI status to joinour clients dynamic Redhill office. This role is pivotal inmanaging overseeing and mentoring a team of auditors particularlyfocusing on the development and training of junior staff members.The Audit Director will play a crucial role in maintaining the highstandards of the firm and ensuring the successful execution ofauditengagements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Leadand manage the audit team ensuring highquality servicedelivery.
  • Overseethe training and professional development of trainees and juniorstaffmembers.
  • Managea diverse portfolio of audit clients with a focus on businesseswith turnovers up to 15million.
  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and professionalstandards.
  • Providestrategic advice and insights to clients within various sectorsincluding financial services technology construction andnotforprofit.
  • Collaboratewith other departments to offer a holistic service toclients.
  • Contributeto the growth and development of the Redhill office supportingbusiness developmentinitiatives.
  • Maintainand strengthen client relationships ensuring client satisfactionandretention.
  • Prepareand present reports and findings to senior management andclients.


Requirements
  • ACA/ACCAqualified with RIstatus.
  • Significantexperience in an audit leadership role within a reputableaccountancypractice.
  • Proventrack record of managing audit teams and developing junior staffmembers.
  • Strongtechnical knowledge and understanding of current audit regulationsandstandards.
  • Excellentclient management and communicationskills.
  • Abilityto work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
