Since 1939, we’ve been bringing finger lickin’ good chicken to the world, and today we’re proud to be in over 1000 communities across the UK & Ireland. But without our people, none of it would be possible. Just like our recipe, they’re all original.

Join us. Bring it. And together, we can be part of something truly extraordinary.

Bringing it to the role.

Gone are the days where you must go to the drive thru to get your chicken fix. With the rise of home delivery, you don’t even need to leave your home to get a delicious bucket of chicken. Chicken in the bath?

KFC UKI is looking to bring on board a talented and ambitious Delivery Channel Lead. We want someone who not only LOVES chicken but has a real passion for growth and delivering winning results. You will be in-charge of leading the development and growth of KFC Delivery. This role will report directly into the Head of Digital Growth.

  • You will work with the Technology teams within their ways-of-working to develop the platform to ensure the order experience is seamless and distinctive.
  • You will build strong relationships with our Leadership Team and Franchise owners to secure buy-in for initiatives & implement the channel growth plan. What we’d love from you

Experience

  • This position combines creative thinking, strong commercial acumen, passion for food and focused action-driving to set KFC up for further transformational growth over the next 24 months and towards our 2030 vision.
  • You will be comfortable thinking bigger picture & be able to develop strategic direction, while maintaining a bias for action to respond to micro & macro opportunities & challenges.
  • You have a broad business knowledge, from managing P&L to developing & implementing new product & propositions to market. You also are gifted in analysing data and churning out actionable insights from it. You would have led revenue growth initiatives and competitive analyses.
  • You have a strong project management experience, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You also have experience leading people and delivering results through a team.
